Vegan Mizuba Matcha Chia Seed Pudding with Chocolate Ganache
September 11, 2017
The Vegetarian Baker is at it again with an awesome, vegan recipe for one of our favorite, healthy breakfast treats: Mizuba chia seed pudding. Jac loves the way Mizuba's clean, sweet, and grassy flavors balance with the vanilla, almond milk, & chocolate. Chia seeds pack an omega-3 punch, and of course, matcha delivers with a solid dose of chlorophyll, amino acids, and catechins! (Chlorophyll = anti-inflammatory, aides the circulatory system; catechins= super anti-oxidants found in açai, blueberries, & pomegranates; amino acids = relaxing L-theanine).
Have this tasty treat for breakfast and feel great about it all day long!
