• How do you ship your teas, and how long will my order take to arrive?
- We ship our matcha via USPS first class and priority mail based on the weight of your order. Our orders ship in general within 1-2 days of your order. We've even been called the "Amazon Prime" of matcha companies because we ship so fast! :)
• Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! You have the option of picking standard mail or DHL at checkout.
• How long before my order ships?
• I'm worried - my matcha seems late!
-If your order is more than 5 business days late, please check your tracking number and history for the latest update on your package shipment on www.USPS.com (unless you selected DHL at checkout for international orders). Feel free to reach out to orders@mizubatea.com to find out where your order is, or we highly recommend contacting USPS directly at 1 (800) 275-8777.
• How do you process credit cards?
- All credit card and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks: a 256-bit SSL certificate. Of course, we work with PayPal too!
