Wholesale Yonaka Mizuba Matcha: 1 Kilogram

$ 490.00
Yonaka is from the misty mountains of Honyama, in Shizuoka, known as Japan's Southern Alps. The region is famed for cedar groves, mineral-rich soil, and clear rivers. The natural shading of the dense mountain fog elicits tea with soft, smooth flavors, bright color, and a clear aroma that reminds you of the mountains.

Yonaka is a beautiful blend of Okumidori, Saemidori, Inaguchi, and Yabukita cultivars to make a signature profile to be enjoyed whisked plain, or in a latte. It has a nice fresh aroma and is slightly floral with a soft sweetness. It has a clean umami flavor and is a refined sip.

The retail equivalent will be our Yama matcha, which is from the same producer.

Origin: Shizuoka, Japan

  • Our matcha is milled from spring-harvested tencha kept in cold storage,  immediately packaged, and air-shipped directly from our matcha producers in the Shizuoka Alps in Japan. Mizuba does our utmost to ensure you can serve the freshest matcha to your customers, whether it is served as a traditional plain tea, in a latte, in ice cream, baked treat, or skincare product!

  • Mizuba matcha is non-GMO, certified radiation-free, and certified heavy metal-free.

  • Our 1-kilogram bags are about 400 teaspoons (recommended 1 teaspoon per serving if using in a latte).
