Warmer weather has us craving one of life's most beautiful pairings - matcha and ice cream. Thankfully our bff Candice at Proportional Plate put together this easy recipe guide so we can have our matcha affogato in literal minutes.

Ingredients
- 12 oz water hot, not boiling
- 1 tsp Organic Culinary Mizuba Matcha
- 1-2 scoops ice cream of choice
Instructions

Blend the water and matcha on high for 1-2 minutes. You can also use a frother or matcha whisk.
- Add your ice cream to a glass or bowl. Pour the matcha over the ice cream and serve!
- It's that easy! Enjoy!
