Can't deny that a fan-fave way to consume matcha is with boba. The marriage of the earthy notes from the matcha with the sweetness and texture from the tapioca is, forgive us – a matcha made in heaven.
Instructions:
- Prepare the tapioca pearls following the instructions on the bag and add them to a few tablespoons of maple syrup or honey to marinate. Set aside.
- Whisk 1 heaping teaspoon of Culinary Organic Mizuba Matcha with 2 ounces of warm water until smooth.
- Add a large handful of ice to a glass, and pour in about 1 cup of milk of choice. If you’d like, you can blend your milk and preferred sweetener together.
- Top off with your Mizuba matcha mixture.
- Enjoy right away!
