This iced pineapple matcha is full of flavor and is so fun to drink. It’s bright and tangy while remaining earthy and balanced. You can whip it up in just a few minutes and enjoy it year round- so delicious!
Prep: 5 minutes
1) Add pineapple chunks and sweetener to a blender and blend until smooth. This can also be done with an immersion blender. Set aside.
2) Whisk together Mizuba matcha powder with water until smooth throughout and set aside.
3) Add pineapple mixture to a large glass and fill with a few handfuls of ice.
4) Pour in milk and top off with matcha.
5) Stir and enjoy!
