Why matcha

Mizuba Matcha paired with HANAH Ashwagandha and Vechur Ghee is a winning combination.

Matcha is rich in catechins, a compound that activates detoxification enzymes like glutathione. A master antioxidant, glutathione helps our detoxification pathways function more efficiently, boosts the immune system, and helps the body rid itself of free radicals and fight stress (1).

Matcha’s unique blend of caffeine and L-theanine helps the mind stay alert while maintaining a calm sense of focus. This pairs incredibly well with Ashwagandha’s adrenal-soothing properties that can reduce cortisol levels (3),(4), lowering the innate stress response, and increasing muscle mass and strength, while reducing fat cells (5).

Combining matcha, Ashwagandha, and Vechur Ghee, the body receives nourishing healthy fats that can assist in balancing hormones and satiating hunger while balancing blood sugar levels—plus the omega-3 fatty acids are great for skin health and brain function.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces hot water
  • 1 teaspoon Mizuba Matcha Green tea
  • 1 teaspoon HANAH Ashwagandha
  • 1 teaspoon HANAH Vechur Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon coconut butter (not oil)
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon date sugar
  • 1 dash of cinnamon
  • A few drops of stevia (optional)

Directions

 

  1. Blend until frothy. We recommend using a blender!
