While we feel the need to "go green" all the time, we know that this particular month has people *really* getting their green game on. So let's not make things any harder than they have to be. In five minutes you could be enjoying your very own pint of Mizuba matcha ice cream! Scroll down for the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 pint of literally any ice cream, softened. We generally recommend a good vanilla, as it carries the matcha flavor best (we made ours vegan with oat milk ice cream from Oatly).
- 2 tablespoons matcha (our culinary matcha was born to play this role)
Steps:
- Add your ice cream and matcha to a blender. Then blend until integrated!
That's it! And here's the best part: you don't have to tell anyone how easy this is. Go ahead and show up at your Saint Patrick's Day party with a pint of matcha ice cream, and watch your friends stare at you like you deserve to be on the next episode of Chef's Table.
