How to Prepare

Matcha: Measure 1–2 tsp into a bowl, add 2–3 oz of 175°F water, and whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy.

Hojicha: Measure 1–2 tsp, add 2–3 oz of 195°F water, and whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy.

Both teas can be prepared as lattes with your favorite milk.
