Nipper's Table Talk! Video Interview.
We are thrilled to announce that our founder, Lauren, made her television (and radio) debut on last week's episode of Nipper's Table Talk! Nipper's Table Talk is the leading television program about Central Coast restaurants, food, and drink, and we couldn't be happier that they wanted to feature Mizuba.
During the episode, Lauren discusses the health benefits of Matcha, shares the story of how Mizuba Tea Co. came into existence, and prepares a frothy cup of green tea goodness for the hosts.
While you are reading this, Lauren is actually in Japan, where she is visiting with our Matcha farmers and drinking entirely too many Matcha lattes. We can't wait to keep you updated with her trip, so stay tuned for lots of pictures as she travels through Tokyo, Sapporo, Kyoto, and of course, Uji.
